Legs and Paddles 2010
Legs and Paddles is back this year with more exciting and adrenaline pumping race categories. Initiated by the NUS Canoeing Club and in collaboration with NUS Students’ Sports Club, Legs & Paddles is a biathlon competition that combines running and kayaking.
This year, Legs and Paddles will be held on 6 June 2010 (Sunday), at MacRitchie Reservoir.

6th Asian Canoe Slalom Championships 2010
Dear Affiliates: The 6th Asian Canoe Slalom Championships will be held in XiaSi, China from May 1st to 3rd, 2010 in Xiasi Canoe/Kayak artificial slalom course. After this championship, an International Natural Water Rafting Competition to be held in Kaiyang City from May 5th to 7th, 2010.
Both championships are open to National Canoe Federation affiliated to Asian Canoe Confederation. If your team is interested to represent the Federation or any queries, please contact or email to SCF Hon Secretary, Henry Sim.

ACC Asian Dragon Boat Championships 2010
Dear Affiliates: The Chinese Taipei Canoe Association is hosting the ACC Asian Dragon Boat Championships from April 1st to 5th, 2010 in the beautiful city of Hsin-Tien, Taipei County, Taiwan.
The championship is open to National Canoe Federation affiliated to Asian Canoe Confederation. If your team is interested to represent the Federation or any queries, please contact or email to SCF Hon Secretary, Henry Sim.

National Junior Canoeing Championship 2010

The National Junior Canoeing Championship 2010 will be held on Saturday and Sunday, 13rd and 14th March 2010, 9:00 am at MacRitchie Reservoir.
The Singapore Canoe Federation invites all affiliates to participate in the competition.
The closing date for the submission of Form A is 24th February and Form B is 3rd March 2010.

Notices for paddling and use of Kallang Water Sports Centre. No paddlers are allowed in the water at Kallang Basin after 7.00 pm
For the safety of paddlers and security of property at Kallang Water Sports Centre, the Federation will like to inform all users of the SSC Kallang Water Sports Centre to return all craft or equipment back to centre before 7.00pm. The centre staff will lock all gates latest by 7.30pm for all days.
The Federation will not hesitate to take serious action again those who do not abide by the rules and regulations set by the authorities and the Federation. We seek your cooperation in this matter.

You are required to submit an agreement to abide by the rules and regulations that are stipulated in the document by the end of the month, July 2007.

All canoeist, you are prohibited to paddle upstream toward the barrage beyond the cautionary buoy. It is “Out of Bound” for all paddling sports, construction works in progress.
